Ember Specialty Coffee is an Adelaide coffee roaster and coffee lab tucked into Ebenezer Place. Founded by Channing and Ianik, Ember is centred around single-origin coffee, careful roasting and the art of brewing. From classic espresso to considered pour-over, every cup is an opportunity to explore the flavour, character and story of the bean. The space also offers barista-seat experiences, tastings and freshly roasted coffee to take home.
