INDOfest 2013 – 14 APR
Since 2008, INDOfest has been bringing the colours, flavours and sounds of Indonesia to South Australia. Held annually in Rymill Park (East Terrace end) right in the heart of central Adelaide, the festival aims to strengthen ties between Australia and its closest neighbour, Indonesia.
The sixth annual INDOfest Family Fun Day of Indonesian arts, food and culture will be held on Sunday 14 April, 11am-4pm.
This annual free event (gold coin donation) showcases cultural performances, workshops, cooking demonstrations, information & craft stalls, children’s games and delicious authentic food for sale – Don’t miss it!
Red Cross Rundle 2nd Floor Opening - 19 April 2013
Adelaide’s iconic vintage boutique, Red Cross Rundle, is holding an in store event on Friday 19 April to celebrate the launch of its second level.
The shop’s opening event will include vintage style tips by EmStyle, beats by DJ WiPod, nibbles catered by Felici café and an exciting door prize for the night’s best dressed.
Everyone is invited to attend, just rock up in your best vintage threads for a chance to win the door prize.
Guests can also look forward to an auction of the stores most treasured vintage items, which can be previewed on the Red Cross Rundle Facebook page.
A special discount will also be offered on the night, with all proceeds from sales supporting the everyday humanitarian work of Red Cross.
