Illuminate Adelaide is a celebration of innovation, music, art, light and technology.

Illuminate Adelaide is an entirely new event concept for South Australia. It explores the union between future technology and creative industries and will completely reimagine the Adelaide CBD during the traditionally quieter winter months.

Homegrown creators, Rachael Azzopardi and Lee Cumberlidge will collaborate with the city’s cultural, academic and science institutions and take over city streets, laneways and buildings with an international program of outstanding creativity, art, music and future technologies.

Every winter, for two weeks and three weekends, Illuminate Adelaide will take over city streets, laneways and buildings to turn South Australia into a beacon of art, light and technology.

With a program of free and ticketed events for all ages, Illuminate Adelaide will present projects exclusive to Adelaide, enticing visitors from across South Australia, interstate and overseas.
